DO I HAVE TO JOIN OR REGISTER WITH THE SITE?
Answer:
No registration is required to view the logos shown in this site however registration is required to download any EPS vector files of the logos. We recommend you view the images for their artistic aspects.

WHAT IS THE COST TO DOWNLOAD A FILE?
Answer:
We charge a handling fee only. The handling fee is $15.00 per logo.

WHAT IS A VECTOR EPS FILE?
Answer: Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) is an image description format. EPS translates graphics and text into descriptions to a printer of how to draw them. The font and pictures themselves need not be loaded into the printer; they’ve been "encapsulated" into the EPS code.
A vector image is a computer image that uses outlines to define a shapes area. This is made up of mathematical descriptions of paths and fills to define the graphic. A vector image is drawn in shapes and lines called paths. Because vector images do not use pixels (dots), they have unlimited resolution.
All of the files available for download from this site are EPS vector files.

WHAT PROGRAMS ARE NEEDED TO VIEW A VECTOR EPS FILE?
Answer:
You can use both Macintosh and Windows programs. Most professional graphics programs can open and view an EPS file. These include: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Adobe Acrobat Reader Professional, Freehand, PaintShopPro, Pagemaker, Quark XPress and others. Please check with your program’s manual for specific instruction regarding your software program.
NOTE: some programs require that you import the file rather than opening it. Please save the file directly to your computer’s harddrive and then open or import as required by your program. Please review your graphic program’s help menu for opening or importing an EPS file.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Answer:
We accept the major credit cards through PayPal. If you have never used PayPal, rest assured you can still use your credit cards to make your purchase securely with PayPal.

I DOWNLOADED A FILE BUT IT IS NOT WHAT I WANTED. CAN I GET A REFUND?
Answer:
Sorry, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE EPS VECTOR FILE?
Answer:
1) Complete your purchase by using our checkout form and PayPal.
2) You will be taken to the "Checkout Confirmation page. Click on the lower right "Confirm The Order" button.
3) You are now on the "Purchased Products" page. Make sure the "Latest Logos" tab is shown.
4) The names of the product(s) you have purchase will be shown.
5) Double click on the name of the file you want to download.
6) A "Select Location" window will open. Select the desired location you wish to save the file to. You may want to make a note of this location so it is easy for you find the file after the download is complete.
7) Click on the "Save" button and the EPS file will be saved to your computer.
8) If you purchased multiple logos, you can now download another file by following the previous steps starting with Step 5.
NOTE: previously purchased files are sometimes still available for you to download by clicking on the "Old Logos" right-side tab. No charge is made to download the files after your initial purchase.

Answer:
When logged in to the site, there is an EDIT ACCOUNT link on many pages. Click on this link and after re-entering your password you can edit your information.

You can print or save a receipt by:
1) Click on the VIEW PURCHASED LOGO link.
2) Click on the VIEW PRODUCTS RECEIPT.
3) Your receipt link(s) are shown. Click on the TRANSACTION ID you would like.
4) You can now print or save the receipt.
